We've only started February
And I don't know if it's just me
But the last month
Was more than enough
Things have been way to far busy

The new moon on Wednesday
Starts the year of wooden snake
Fresh for brand new triumphs,
And room for new mistakes

Normally, we we would go protest
We'd march in the streets and we'd sing
But we're all getting old
And it's terribly cold
So for now, we'll just do this thing

The sun is so much brighter
When we finally leave the cave

We worked from home two days this week
To keep us safe from harm
And, while that is great and all,
I just wish it was warm

Back at it at eight

Two weeks were interrupted
By a couple holidays
They didn't feel special
They were just Wednesdays
And with all that's said and done
At least a Friday night has come
